Brightbulb's Story

Brightbulb Animations was founded in 2012 by husband and wife creative duo Jan Haider Kiani and Karen Capco. Having gravitated towards creative work despite their extensive corporate management experience, the two of them saw an opportunity to create a studio that streamlines the experience for their clients to make the complicated process of video creation easy for everyone involved. No fuss, no muss. Just great communication and a desire for the best results.

But the work is more than that for Karen and Jan. With Brightbulb Animations, they hope to be able to create something that reflects their values: standing up for the voiceless, the small, and the powerless. That’s why one of the studio’s goals is to donate a portion of its profits to causes that support animals, particularly locally where the treatment of stray dogs and cats, as well as other animals, could be much, much better.
